North Central Railcorp, Inc. signs a Railroad Services, Maintenance & Repair Agreement to oversee and manage rail operations of the Santa Fe Southern Railroad, Inc.  The Santa Fe Southern Railroad operates over 18 miles of railroad from Santa Fe to Lamy, NM where it interchanges with the BNSF Railway.

Santa Fe Southern operates passenger excursion trains under the brand Sky Railway which resumed in December 2021.  NCR will be responsible for management of train & engine employees, maintenance of way and mechanical efforts.  NCR will also oversee freight development over the railroad.
